The state of Oregon mandates that the fee for any in-person notarization should not exceed $10. However, notaries ARE allowed to charge for other fees like travel, after-hours, and (for Remote Online Notarizations) an online fee.
Travel fees in the Portland-Metro area start at $55 and go up depending on location.
Acting as a Notary Signing Agent ranges from $125 to $300.
